By nature man loves variation and modernity. Immense beauty and delicious food lost its attraction very soon. Similarly, man likes variation in sex as well. In sexual activity, especially a woman gets boredom early with same techniques. Intercourse with same method on daily basis makes her bored. Bit by bit she loses her interest in it and then try to avoid it. At last she refuses to do it. Therefore in order to make marital life pleasant it is mandatory to adopt a new way every time during intercourse and foreplay. She gets pleasure of variation even in a slightest change. Therefore sexologists have designed various ways to do intercourse. There are more than 80 % methods described in Kok Shaster. On the other hand western people have discussed more than 600 methods. Except 4-6 methods, the others have slight differences. Sex Positions In Islam | Missionary Position Some Muslim writers have declared missionary method (man top on woman) as natural and Islamic. They take the reference from this verse of Quran, "So when he covers her, she bears a light burden and passes by with it" (Al-A'raaf-189). However neither method is natural nor Islamic. In this context, there is an obvious signal in Quran.
"Your women are tillage for you; so go to your tillage as you will, and forward for yourselves; and fear God and know that you shall be meeting Him" (Al-Baqara 223). Similarly, Hazrat Abdullah Bin Abbas R.A. narrated that at one day; Hazrat Umar Bin Khattab R.A. came to Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad PBUH and said, "Oh Messenger of Allah! I've destroyed myself! Allah's Messenger PBUH asked: What cause you to say this? Umar R.A.  Replied: I've changed the method of my intercourse tonight. (i.e., he approached his wife from the back, but in the proper place). Allah's Messenger PBUH did not comment on the issue (as he doesn't have any jurisdiction to say). Allah then revealed to His Messenger PBUH, on the spot, the above verse in Sura al-Baqara (223): In another hadith, Hazrat Jabir R.A. has said that according to the Jews if husband uses to do intercourse from back side in to the vagina then he may have a squint baby. However; Allah has ordered clearly in Quran that "Your women are tillage for you; so go to your tillage as you will" (Muslim). Mother of Muslims Hazrat Hafsa R.A. has narrated that a women complained her about her husband that he used to do intercourse with her from side. Hazrat Hafsa R.A. has enquired about this matter form Prophet Hazrat Muhammad PBUH. He replied that, "There is no harm in doing intercourse like this if the intercourse is being done at the same place (Vagina)" (Masnad Imam Abu Hanifa). The above Ahadiths reveals that at the time of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad PBUH, there are many ways for intercourse were being practiced in Madina. Missionary Position This method is also known as King's style. This is the most common, familiar, and most used method in the world. Some people think it Islamic method wrongly. However; now a days this method is regarded as old fashioned and boring. In this method man is on the top of the woman. For easy penetration, pillow is placed beneath the woman's back especially when the woman is thin and lean and her buttock are also thin. Man kneels between the legs of the woman. Woman's legs are on both sides of man and some times on the shoulder. Some times the legs are joined with the men. When the legs kept apart, penetration becomes easier. There are many advantages of this method. For newly married couple it is a beneficial method. It makes penetration easy. It makes pregnancy easier. This method is also beneficial for those men who have less tight erection. In this method penis does not come out after penetration. For deep penetration and small sized penis this could be a better way. In this instance men put the legs of her wife on his shoulders. This method is also better where husband is shorter than his wife. According to some sexologist this is an effective way for discharging both of them earlier. Those individuals who perform intercourse for longer duration will have this method pleasant and superb. Missionary Position 2 In this method the control is possessed by man. He uses to do movements according to his will and take out much pleasure from the intercourse. The main advantage in this method is that husband can stimulate the sensitive parts of wife easily, which are necessary of her sexual pleasure and orgasm. Husband can stimulate easily clitoris, vagina, inner lips and breasts. He can kiss and lick her breasts. He can lie upon her and take pleasure by massaging her chest with her breasts. After penetration a woman herself can stimulate her clitoris in this method and this is necessary for her to get orgasm. In this method wife can stimulate the penis and testes of her husband that would be charming for him. However; there are some defects in this method. For instance, this method is worst for those who are the patient of premature ejaculation, means they discharge earlier, since in this method man ejaculates earlier. Although it is better for some men since its control is possessed by him. It would not be suitable if husband is overweight or obese since it would be difficult for a woman to bear the weight of her husband. Since in this method a woman can't move easily, therefore she can't take full pleasure by this method. Also since she does not possess the control over penetration, therefore some times she feels pain due to deep penetrations. Variations Of Missionary Position 1

1. After penetration, husband brings his left leg between the legs of his wife and brings her left leg over him and then from back of his buttock holds her calf. In this way husband's leg will produce pressure over her clitoris and it will give immense pleasure to her. From here, wife can roll over to her husband. Intercourse can be stopped after she will come over her husband.
2. After penetration, wife puts her leg straight between the legs of her husband and it will make her vagina shrunken. Husband will get much pleasure via applying strokes in this method. Aged wives must use this method. Further bringing the legs meet together will not allow the penis to come out easily. This is a useful method in loose erection.
3. When husband is on the top of his wife then one leg of her passing through the front of husband's tummy go on the other side. After that husband penetrates from her side and back in to her vagina. Along with it he stimulates her clitoris with slippery finger. In this manner she will attain the orgasm many times. This position can also be adopted after penetration or vice versa. This is a pleasing method.
4. Usually elongated penis is painful for women. In this instant, wife should lie down with opened legs and don't lift up the legs. Husband then penetrates after lying upon her. In this way she would not get pain, however; for normal sized penis, this is not an effective method.
5. Wife opens her legs fully after lying down, as much as possible, then lifts her buttocks slightly and then during this time husband penetrates inside. In this condition after penetration, the stimulation of clitoris and inner lips would be done more by hands.

7. Wife lying on her back lifts her legs in the air and then hold them. After that husband penetrates.

9. Wife lying on her back and pull up her knees, then encircles her legs around husbands' elbow in such a way that her calves will be around her husband's arm. Along with it encircles her arms around husband's neck. This position gives deep penetration.
10. In Missionary Position, wife makes 'L' with her legs. In order to do that, she pulls her left leg up and pulls her right leg away towards right side further. Means. Creation of right sided angle with the body. She holds her right knee with her right hand. Now husband with the help of his left foot will sit in between the triangle made by his wife's right leg and arm in such a manner that her left leg will be along her husband's chest. Wife can lift her middle part by putting a pillow beneath her. This method gives deep penetration.

This is really a pleasant method. Wife pulls up her legs to bring the knees to her shoulders, while lying on her back. Crosses her ankles on each other and puts them on her husband's chest. Now husband penetrates. In this position G spot gets extreme stimulation via stroking. This method is charming for wife. In the meanwhile, if wife brings down her crossed ankles to the husband's tummy in such a way that the husband's weight come over her ankles. Therefore, this method is successful in youth and less applicable in old ages. Since this method needs hard erection, therefore, it should be applied in early morning. As most men have much harder erection during this time. However; penetration should be done cautiously. First, wife should not sit over penis directly and straightly since it would make penetration difficult. Therefore she should sit over penis by making 45% angle. Secondly, she must be careful to sit over penis. Some times during emotions and excitements she sits on the penis in such a way that it does not penetrates in vagina. Therefore, in this situation, there would be a danger of bending of the penis and injury of its muscles. In this method, the control is possessed by the wife. On sitting over husband, her knees should bear her weight and some times fingers of the feet, therefore weight is usually not borne by husband. There are so many advantages of this method. For instance, the control is possessed by wife and hence she can move as much as she likes. She may touches her clitoris with the husband's penis as per according to her will. She may move after putting her hands over husband's knees and by tilting backward slightly with weighing over her knees. In the mean while, husband can stimulate her clitoris and breasts easily. Now the wife sits over husband's hips and by putting her knees on both sides of his hips. Her face should face her husband. Husband's calves should encircle the wife's body. For taking support, she would place her hands over husband's chest. After penetration, wife could easily be able to move up and down. Husband's knees that are touching his chest should be in between wife's elbow and her lower thighs. This technique should be tried definitely, however; caution is mandatory.
20. Husband lying on his back facing upward with bending legs slightly and flattened feet on the bed. Then wife rides over his erected penis like a queen. The weight should be borne by the knees. Her face should face her husband. For support, she may tilt backward slightly and puts her hands over husband's knees. After penetration, wife compresses the penis via her inner thighs and then moves her whole body up and down.
21. Some pillows have been placed over the edge of bed. Husband then sits over the pillows with hanging legs. After that wife ride on him. Her knees remain on both sides of her husband and she puts her hands over pillows. This will give deep penetration. Wife can move up and down with the help of hands. 28. Both wife and husband lie down side by side facing each other. Wife encircles her thighs around the back of husband and after penetration, both of them can move. Penetration is deep in this position and this is a pleasing method. However; there are chances of coming out of penis from vagina frequently. In this method husband can get pleasures in every aspect by the breasts of wife, especially by touching the breasts with his chests.
29. Husband and wife lie on bed side by side in such a way that the husband facing back side of his wife. Wife either joins her both legs or lifts her upper leg. After that penetration should be done. In this situation, penetration would not be deep and there are chances of coming out of penis from vagina frequently. In this method, husband and wife can stimulate clitoris and husband can get pleasure by the touch of her hips.
30. Wife lying on her side opens her legs like scissor. Husband then sits over her lower leg and puts his knees on both sides. After that he penetrates into vagina. In this method, wife would be able to control the depth of penetration and jerks. Wife can control the tightness of her vagina by moving her upper legs up and down and by making her pelvis up.
31. Husband, who is left handed, lying over his left side. Wife lying facing upward and then she pulls up her left leg. Husband then passes through his left leg in between her legs. Now husband makes scissor with his legs and enter penis inside the vagina. It is one of the better positions since it does not produce tiredness. Rear Entry Sex Position: In this position, husband penetrates from back side. This is one of the pleasurable positions. In this, husband gets pleasure by the touch of his wife's hip. 33. Wife stands straight and then tilts forward. She kneels down keeping head below. She may also keep her hands over knees and touches the floor. Knees should also be tilted down. In this method the sensitive parts of women can't be stimulated via hands.
37. Wife lying on bed facing down. Husband lying over wife facing down in such a way that his thighs come in between wife's thighs. After that husband lifts his wife's body from middle part and while opening the outer lips, penetrates inside. While stroking in this position, he can fondles her hips.
    
    

Sitting Positions For Sex

38. Husband sits over handle less and spring less chair that's seat is not too much broad (like dinning chair). Wife then sits over penis facing towards husband with opened legs. In this position, both of them can get pleasure of kissing and bussing. Husband can stimulate wife's breasts. He can also get pleasure from the touch of wife's hips. Wife, along with moving up and down, can move her buttocks to and fro and in circular direction.
39. Like above method, husband sits over the handle less chair and wife sits over the penis facing opposite direction. After penetration, she can move in different directions. 42. Wife lying at the edge of table, keeping head facing upward. Husband then stands in between the legs of wife in such a way that her legs tilts at the knees and feet are kept on husband's shoulder. During penetration, husband can fondle her chest and tummy and make her stimulated. Similarly both of them can stimulate clitoris which is utmost important for female orgasm.
43. Husband stands firmly on floor and wife holds the husband from front. Wife then encircles the legs around husband. This is a good method to stimulate G spot. Since in this method, the complete weight is borne by the husband, therefore; it is required that husband's health must be good.

Some writers have declared this method unjustifiably injurious to health by taking reference from the Tibb-e-Nabawi (Sallalaho Alehe Wassallum). For instance, man becomes weak and may get nerve's problem like tumors by doing intercourse in standing posture. It has not been proved by latest research and it does not possess any reality. Some Specific Methods Of Sex: Wife stunted, thin and lean, while husband tall and healthy.

1. In this instance, never use missionary method. If husband would be on the top then his weight would not be borne by his wife.
2. In this instance, husband should lie down and wife should be on the top.
3. Wife tilts on bed with the help of hands and feet and the husband enters from the back. Wife's legs are joined together and husband's legs are kept apart.
4. Sitting posture is also good, i.e. husband sits over handle less chair. Husband crosses his legs and wife with opened legs sits over penis facing toward husband.
5. Husband sits over handle less chair with opened legs. Wife then sits over penis facing opposite side.
6. Side by side method is also good.
7. Husband sits at the edge of bed putting his legs on the ground and wife then sits over penis putting her legs on both sides.

Sex position for couples, where wife is taller than husband:

1. In this instance, Missionary position is better, i.e. husband should be on the top.
2. Husband lying over bed where as wife on top of him, however; full weight of wife should be borne by her knees.
3. If wife's buttocks or hips are not so much large and husband's penis is of average sized rather than smaller, then intercourse should be done from backside.
4. The best instance is that wife lying on table and husband penetrations between her legs in standing position.
5. Wife lying down at the edge of the bed placing her feet on the ground. Then husband's penetrates in kneel down position.
6. Wife lying down at the edge of bed and husband stands near her feet. Then he penetrates by placing wife's legs on her shoulder.

Husband on chair and wife sitting on penis. This method should never be used where wife is obese. Other wise, he could not be able to bear the weight of her. Miscellaneous Methods

Other Sex Positions:

1. If wife is in last trimester of her pregnancy, then never adopt missionary position, however; in that instance, man on chair, wife on table or side by side position would be better.
2. For easy penetration, especially during 1st intercourse, missionary method is much better. There should be pillow beneath the wife's buttocks. If her hips are thin either or pillow is thin then two pillows one upon the other could also be kept. Husband then sits in between the legs of wife and her legs should be on both sides of husband.
3. If the penis is very much large then it may hurt wife. This method would be the better choice in that case. Wife can control over penis penetration in this method. For instance; husband is being ridden by his wife. If they want to use missionary method then the legs of the wife should not be too much elevated especially should not be kept on shoulders. Along with it side by side and forward backward position would also be appropriate.

Few days back, a young man approached me.  He got married two years back, however; till so far they did not get baby. In actual, intercourse had not been happened. His wife after two years went back to her father's home permanently. Medical examination revealed that his penis was just 2.5 inches long and due to this shorter size, sexual intercourse has not been established. If that young man came to us early then probably his issues could be resolved. As we already explained in "Sex Education- for all" that for stonking sexual pleasures penetration is not mandatory. In common with this is a scientific reality that any combined activity can't be done in a good manner until the participants would not become fully aware that what and how the things would be done.
